This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

Ta firma to jedno wielkie oszustwo. Wynająłem samochód w październiku za około 100 EUR na dwa dni. Kiedy odebrałem samochód, poproszono mnie o podpisanie innego ubezpieczenia niż to, które dostałem przez portal. Zrobiłem to i powiedziano mi, że jestem ubezpieczony na wszystko. Po oddaniu samochodu (nikt na parkingu lotniska, aby go odebrać, ale zostawiłem kluczyki w budynku u kasjera i powiedziano mi, że „wszystko jest w porządku”). Dwa tygodnie później dostaję opłatę za kartę kredytową w wysokości 119 EUR za „zwrot brudnego samochodu”. Okazuje się, że twierdzą, że samochód był „brudny na zewnątrz”, więc jest to po prostu sposób na oszukiwanie ludzi zgodnie ze starokomunistycznym typem zachowań! Moja rada: NIGDY NIE WYNAJMUJCIE SAMOCHODÓW U TYCH OSZUSTÓW, zapłacicie wszystko za wszystko, a oni nadużywają kart kredytowych ad hoc.

This is the worst rental agency in Poland. Least expensive but you will be charged for things you have not ordered and the car will be in terrible condition. If you want to avoid troubles, please don't rent.

NEVER EVER!!! UWAGA!!! Zdecydowanie odradzam korzystanie z usług wypożyczalni Panek S.A. Moje doświadczenie z tą firmą było wyjątkowo negatywne. Firma obciążyła moją kartę kredytową na kwotę 2250 zł bez mojej zgody, a także bez przedstawienia jakichkolwiek dowodów uzasadniających te opłaty. Pomimo wielokrotnych prób kontaktu i przedstawienia moich argumentów oraz dowodów (w tym zdjęć i nagrań wideo), wypożyczalnia odrzuciła moją reklamację, opierając się wyłącznie na swoich „systemach informatycznych”. Uważam, że takie praktyki są skrajnie nieetyczne i niezgodne z zasadami uczciwości w relacjach z klientami. Nie dość, że zostałem niesłusznie obciążony, to jeszcze wypożyczalnia nie wykazuje chęci rozwiązania sprawy w sposób rzetelny i transparentny. NIGDY WIĘCEJ nie skorzystam z usług tej firmy i przestrzegam wszystkich potencjalnych klientów – bądźcie bardzo ostrożni!!!! W mojej ocenie firma stosuje praktyki, które są wyzyskujące i nieuczciwe wobec konsumentów. ————————————————— NEVER EVER!!! WARNING!!! I strongly advise against using the rental services of Panek S.A. My experience with this company was extremely negative. The company charged my credit card an amount of 2,250 PLN without my consent and without providing any evidence to justify these charges. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company and present my arguments and evidence (including photos and videos), the rental company rejected my complaint, relying solely on their “IT systems.” I believe such practices are highly unethical and contrary to the principles of fairness in customer relations. Not only was I wrongfully charged, but the company also shows no willingness to resolve the matter in a fair and transparent manner. I will NEVER AGAIN use this company’s services and warn all potential customers – be extremely cautious!!!! In my opinion, the company engages in practices that are exploitative and unfair to consumers. ————————————————— ALDRIG MER!!! VARNING!!! Jag avråder starkt från att använda biluthyrningstjänsterna från Panek S.A. Min erfarenhet av detta företag var extremt negativ. Företaget debiterade mitt kreditkort med ett belopp på 2250 PLN utan mitt samtycke och utan att presentera några bevis för att rättfärdiga dessa avgifter. Trots upprepade försök att kontakta företaget och presentera mina argument och bevis (inklusive foton och videor), avslog biluthyrningsföretaget mitt klagomål och förlitade sig enbart på sina “informationssystem”. Jag anser att sådana metoder är extremt oetiska och oförenliga med principerna om rättvisa i kundrelationer. Det räcker inte med att jag blivit felaktigt debiterad, utan företaget visar dessutom ingen vilja att lösa ärendet på ett korrekt och transparent sätt. Jag kommer ALDRIG MER att använda mig av detta företag och varnar alla potentiella kunder – var mycket försiktiga!!!! Enligt min uppfattning använder företaget sig av metoder som är utnyttjande och orättvisa mot konsumenter.

J'ai loué une voiture pour deux jours, je l'ai rendu en bon état intérieur extérieur impeccable avec le plein. Il va arriver chez moi je reçois un mail la facture 250 PLZ (60 €), Sous prétexte que j'aurais rendu le véhicule sale (par habitude je prends toujours des vidéos intérieures et extérieures pour éviter ce genre de problème donc tu es les preuves de ce que je dis) Or ce n'est pas le cas, le véhicule était propre mais c C'est une entreprise qui est tout simplement malhonnête et qui gagne son argent comme ça. Effectivement reviens chez eux pour le prix attractive des voitures mais finalement on se retrouve à payer plus cher. Première et dernière fois que je passe par eux, vous êtes averti...

Scammers! Avoid at all cost! 8 days after I returned the car which was collected by the member of their staff who confirmed that everything is fine I got an invoice for £1200 and they charged my credit card for this amount which is over a triple of the deposit I authorised!! claiming falsely that I damaged the car. Reported to the police, my bank and media. I read today that UOKiK already investigates as there are hundreds of people scammed this way.

Cheap is definitely not good or cheap
Like many others. I scored this as 1 as zero is not an option. Not a dreadful car but not what I paid for and having not been told that I need to wash the car, I brought it back with some road mist as the airport is in the middle of nowhere. They refused to come to check it to sign it back in and then they charge me 400PLN (£80) for putting a sponge over it. Lesson learned- you get what you pay for. Would’ve been cheaper to use a decent company or hire a chauffer for the trip!
