Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.

As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Just booked our dream cruise thanks to Catherine Divan @Panache
Our Cruise Connoisseur is Catherine Divan. This is our second booking in the last three months or so. Catherine has been helping us find the perfect “Big Birthday” cruise. Her patience and perseverance is amazing. We got quite close to a booking, and after all her hard work, changed our minds. Catherine was so understanding and helpful. We then, in general chit-chat, mentioned a cruise we believed was beyond our budget, she listened, and after making some phone calls proved us wrong. That led to her securing not just the perfect birthday celebration cruise, but our dream cruise! At the beginning of our search we were reaching out to a local travel agent as well as Panache. Whereas Catherine has been knowledgeable and responsive from day one, all we got back from the other agent was a bunch of web links and a note saying “take a look at these, call us if you want to know more” and we would never hear from them again. Well, silly them! So with two cruises booked with Catherine @Panache, We can honestly say it has been a very enjoyable and fruitful relationship so far. Long may it last. And, Thank you Catherine.

Nicola took a great deal of trouble to make sure that we had the cruise we were looking for, and one that we could afford. She went several miles extra with telephone calls and emails, ( over weekends) without being intrusive, just very helpful and professionally nice.
