Jill, was very experienced and had great knowledge of the cruises and also the island where we want to stay and looking forward to planning the further part of our holiday with her as hotels and flights are not around yet and looking forward to sailing with Explora journeys which we have now booked a cruise on as before talking with Jill I knew nothing on this cruise line. I have been cruising for over 30 years and will definitely use Panache for booking future cruises.

Your travel agent Paul Goyette is great. Calling into your customer service was a disappointment. Called ten days before to arrange tours and Was told to just "arrange your tours on the ship when you get there," Called back within four days of leaving and said I wasn't able to book tours due to the 7 day window. I am livid. We board the Pursuit Sunday and I am sure hoping I can book Florence on your own on the 19th and a Monte Carlo tour. Very disappointed with the lack of knowledge from your customer service reps, one of which was not even able to open the tour page and discuss with me. Hoping this reaches someone who will be able to do this for us as we board.
Everything so far so good. You are slightly previous though, because booking has yet to be confirmed by supplier
We have booked several cruises with Panache and continue to have excellent service. Catherine Divan always looks after us and gives us excellent advice. She's always at the other end of the phone. She's experienced and feels like a friend. We will continue to call Panache when we book our future cruises.
Fast and efficient contact from Jason P through the booking process. Plus an unexpected deal sweetener after I booked was much appreciated. Although I was looking at bargain options, I never felt any upselling pressure or judgement that more expensive cruises were out of my price range. Jason has been great to deal with, a credit to Panache.
