Jill, was very experienced and had great knowledge of the cruises and also the island where we want to stay and looking forward to planning the further part of our holiday with her as hotels and flights are not around yet and looking forward to sailing with Explora journeys which we have now booked a cruise on as before talking with Jill I knew nothing on this cruise line. I have been cruising for over 30 years and will definitely use Panache for booking future cruises.

I have previously booked two cruises with Kathryn Waites at Panache Cruises and always been delighted with the service received and her attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble and responses are always prompt and efficient. However, I have just confirmed a 3rd cruise with Kathryn, which due to circumstances outside of her control, became quite involved and protracted. The solution involved extended negotiations with the cruise company and Kathryn dealt with the whole process without hesitation. She will go beyond what can be reasonably expected to get the correct result for the customer, and for that reason I would award 6 stars if it were an option. Should you wish to book a cruise with any cruise company I would highly recommend you consider booking through Kathry Waites at Panache Cruises.
