Jill, was very experienced and had great knowledge of the cruises and also the island where we want to stay and looking forward to planning the further part of our holiday with her as hotels and flights are not around yet and looking forward to sailing with Explora journeys which we have now booked a cruise on as before talking with Jill I knew nothing on this cruise line. We booked our first river cruise through Panache. We have always been independent travellers in the past (now in our 70s) and have never used any agent before. I am very impressed with the way the company goes the extra mile to keep the customer happy. I had lots of silly questions before our first cruise but they were answered patiently and thoroughly. Having a 'cruise connoisseur' at the end of the phone 7 days a week provides an extra layer of security. The specialist cruises that the company offer to existing customers look like the icing on the cake and are seriously tempting. Lots of added value plus cost saving is a winning combination for us.
Charlene was amazing. Shared own experiences and found the right package for budget and entertainment.

The 5 stars are for cruise connoisseur Charlene. Our first booking via Panache had a shaky start. We had little confidence in the cruise connoisseur, who was not very pro-active or responsive to questions. Halfway through she left the company, so that probably tells a story! Charlene took over and from then on everything went smoothly. So much so, that we have just booked our second Azamara cruise with Charlene and she has again been very efficient, listened to and acted on all our requests, made suggestions re airport transfers etc and replied to all emails speedily and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
