Jill, was very experienced and had great knowledge of the cruises and also the island where we want to stay and looking forward to planning the further part of our holiday with her as hotels and flights are not around yet and looking forward to sailing with Explora journeys which we have now booked a cruise on as before talking with Jill I knew nothing on this cruise line. I have been cruising for over 30 years and will definitely use Panache for booking future cruises.

Patience and lack of pressure set this apart from other river cruse lines that I negotiated with. Our first time in a boat and Nicola was unbelievably patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions ( including some pretty daft ones) Early days in this particular adventure but I am really confident that I will continue to receive this level of service before and throughout the journey.
Had a great cruise on the Danube, couldn't fault any aspect. We enjoyed it so much we have just booked another cruise with them, this time on the Rhine.
As ever, fantastic customer service from Nicole; the personal level of care is stand-out superb. Her knowledge of the ships and itineraries is exceptional, therefore great advice and ideas is always welcome. For anyone debating with themselves whether or not to use Panache; we can't recommend them enough - Nicole and the entire team are a real credit to the business and a pleasure to deal with.
