We booked our first river cruise through Panache. We have always been independent travellers in the past (now in our 70s) and have never used any agent before. I am very impressed with the way the company goes the extra mile to keep the customer happy. I had lots of silly questions before our first cruise but they were answered patiently and thoroughly. Having a 'cruise connoisseur' at the end of the phone 7 days a week provides an extra layer of security. The specialist cruises that the company offer to existing customers look like the icing on the cake and are seriously tempting. Lots of added value plus cost saving is a winning combination for us.
