Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Fantastic service
Having been referred to Panache by a friend, the whole experience was fantastic. Catherine was incredibly helpful from the first contact and highly knowledgeable, and secured me a great price much cheaper than I could get direct with Explora! Problem with booking made direct with cruise line.
I had a problem with a booking made direct with a cruise line, Nicola was understanding and only to happy to help, she sorted out the issue and I have now rebooked with Panache. From the moment I spoke to Nicola I felt reassured that the it would be ok, I am now confident that everything will go to plan. I have done 74 cruises, and have another 17 booked, so will certainly look at using Panache again.
