The Property Managers are 'worth their…
The Property Managers are 'worth their weight in gold" - they have always done their best to support me as best they can and work extremely hard. Just recently I had a very worthwhile meeting with Susie Ellis and met my new Property Manager - Laura Kaushal regarding my property at 5 Joseph Grove Upper Hutt. Susie was full of very worthwhile recommendation and suggestions and Laura introduced herself to myself and my husband very professionally - I am very much looking forward to working with Laura to protect my investment with the rest of the team. I have been with Oxygen a long time and I have never had any problems. I would say though that the Property Managers portfolios are huge and this impacts on their availability to consult more efficiently with their Landlords. A suggestion - is there a way that you could reduce their workload and employ more Property Managers so that Landlords will have a more efficient service whilst keeping the 'personal touch' that we have with our Property Managers on a one to one basis? Am a very satisfied tenant of Kelly Steigan, Oxygen Hastings in the Camberley suburb of Hastings. Have never needed anything repaired or maintained this time round and continue to be happy where situated. Handy to workplace, school, dairy, hospital, industrial services and community centre. 100% customer service with Oxygen is fantastic.

Over the past 30 years we have worked for nearly every Property Management Company in Wellington, we have seen Property Managers come and go, some of them good, some not so good. In our experience Oxygen Property Management has always been one of the best. My team really enjoy working with all of Oxygen's Property Managers, who are personable, honest and approachable. We find that they are always willing to listen and take on board our recommendations. Oxygen have systems that enable their Property Managers to be well organised, providing clear and accurate information and instruction, which makes our job as tradies so much easier. Somebody once said "the difference between success and failure is a great team" ..... there is no doubt that Oxygen are a great team!
