The Property Managers are 'worth their weight in gold" - they have always done their best to support me as best they can and work extremely hard. Just recently I had a very worthwhile meeting with Susie Ellis and met my new Property Manager - Laura Kaushal regarding my property at 5 Joseph Grove Upper Hutt. Susie was full of very worthwhile recommendation and suggestions and Laura introduced herself to myself and my husband very professionally - I am very much looking forward to working with Laura to protect my investment with the rest of the team. I have been with Oxygen a long time and I have never had any problems. I would say though that the Property Managers portfolios are huge and this impacts on their availability to consult more efficiently with their Landlords. A suggestion - is there a way that you could reduce their workload and employ more Property Managers so that Landlords will have a more efficient service whilst keeping the 'personal touch' that we have with our Property Managers on a one to one basis?
