Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).
Yesterday my hot water wasn't going,I contacted my tenancy manager Leanne,she had it sorted within an hour or so,I'm happy and my family are happy,thank you Leanne.

I moved into my home on Friday 7th July 2023, after meeting Cushla in person on the same day. She is very down to earth, open, honest and funny to talk to. Before we met, we had communicated by phone & email to make sure I had all my documents i.e. Tenancy Agreement & Bond Lodgement etc were signed & sent and my utilities set up before my move-in date, so I already felt at ease when we finally met. In the office, we ran through the details of my contract and forms. She pointed out some areas I had signed or initialled by mistake that was meant for her. She explained them before signing the places herself, which I appreciated. Once I started moving my stuff in, I found the house beautifully clean, the electricity on, and the internet modem/satellite-thingy (which had been delivered days earlier) inside, ready to be installed. Easy! I've had 1 inspection since moving in. I hadn't read the notification properly, where it said Cushla would visit on 29th August, between 9:00am & whenever. At 8:45am on the day, I went out with my 2 guests who were staying with me, and returned home around midday. I thought Cushla had already been, so we spread ourselves out in different rooms and took naps. Then Cushla turned up. She said we could arrange it for another day, but I told her to go ahead and do the inspection. She viewed every room, except my bedroom where my grown son was sprawled out and fast asleep. Cushla complimented my tidiness and gave us lollies as a thank you. My guests have since gone home, but I will always remember that day and laugh. Thank you Cushla!

Had an issue with power lines from street to flat arcing and sparking etc...Called fire brigade and Aileen from Oxygen. I learned that Aileen was on annual leave but she calmly and professionally organised electrician to come out and sort it.

My tenancy manager is awesome! Katy is always professional, which I very much appreciate. Any matters that may come up are dealt with promptly. She is easy to contact and communicates clearly. These qualities are important to me, so yeah. Cheers.

Binnie is very approachable and considerate agent. Whenever there is any issues in the house, she replies and organizes the repairs promptly

Dealing with Thereza is always easy even when she is delivering bad news. Recently she contacted me about a small breakage at my rental. She rang with a quote and was concerned at the amount but wanted my opinion. I agreed that the amount was excessive, so she hunted out a quote that was almost half price. Very happy!

Leaking and blocked pipe in kitchen causing water to go everywhere. Not sure of exact date . Rang plumber was here in 20 minutes.

I had my house inspection this morning and Anna was great. She was chatty and considerate to the fact that I am a night shift worker and needed to get some sleep. Anna changed a light bulb for me and addressed a couple of other issues I had. I have always found her to be very friendly and professional to deal with. Thanks Sue Abbott
