Great Customer Service from Cushla Heaven-Lee
I moved into my home on Friday 7th July 2023, after meeting Cushla in person on the same day. She is very down to earth, open, honest and funny to talk to. Before we met, we had communicated by phone & email to make sure I had all my documents i.e. Tenancy Agreement & Bond Lodgement etc were signed & sent and my utilities set up before my move-in date, so I already felt at ease when we finally met. In the office, we ran through the details of my contract and forms. She pointed out some areas I had signed or initialled by mistake that was meant for her. She explained them before signing the places herself, which I appreciated. Once I started moving my stuff in, I found the house beautifully clean, the electricity on, and the internet modem/satellite-thingy (which had been delivered days earlier) inside, ready to be installed. Easy! I've had 1 inspection since moving in. I hadn't read the notification properly, where it said Cushla would visit on 29th August, between 9:00am & whenever. At 8:45am on the day, I went out with my 2 guests who were staying with me, and returned home around midday. I thought Cushla had already been, so we spread ourselves out in different rooms and took naps. Then Cushla turned up. She said we could arrange it for another day, but I told her to go ahead and do the inspection. She viewed every room, except my bedroom where my grown son was sprawled out and fast asleep. Cushla complimented my tidiness and gave us lollies as a thank you. My guests have since gone home, but I will always remember that day and laugh. Thank you Cushla!
