I have been dealing with Sandy for many years now and I must say she always exceeds your expectations!! With her quick and professional approach to any matter regarding the house or just even taking time out of her day to check up on us while we were in lockdown. She is a delight to have around and makes every house expectation very comfortable and my kids absolutely love her and the little chocolates she leaves.

Sandy has been an awesome property manager. She is friendly and approachable but also a lady you know you dont want to mess with lol. If I were a home owner and needed someone to look after my property, she would be the person I would call. She is professional and all maintenance issues I've had have been dealt with in a timely manner.

Sandy Wallace
Sandy Wallace was our property manager for nearly 3 years. During that time we always found Sandy to be professional, approachable and firm but fair. She always had time for a catch up during inspections which lead to some lively good hearted banter. If I had a rental property I would certainly want Sandy looking after it as I would know it was in good hands!

Jay is awesome
Jay was awesome. Came same day, in the rain, at a time that suited me. Got the info I needed in less time than it takes to make a cup of tea! In between time Jan had called to see if I was sorted, sure was... what a team. Thanks for putting us right on ALL our property needs in one go. So knowlegable, efficient and friendly.

Oxygen has definitely made our tenting experience a delightful one thus far and Sandy Wallace is an amazing property manager! We are new to the region and her expertise and kind manner has made the move so easy for us. Sandy is an expert in her job, I knew that from the first time we met.
