Oxygen - Body Corporate secretarial service
Oxygen have been our Body Corporate secretarial service for a few years now and have done a a good job in getting levies in and managing our accounts. We are however onto our 4th relationship manager, however Kyla who has been recently appointed has been very effective with good communication skills and ran our recent AGM with confidence.

The Body Corporate AGM was held on 27 July. It was chaired by Kyla on behalf of the BC chairperson. Kyla chaired the meeting very professionally. There were a large number of motions to be voted on. Kyla presented the motions clearly, controlled resulting discussions and announced the voting decisions in a sensibly brisk manner.
