Oxygen Hawkes Bay

Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).

Landlord opinion

The team at Oxygen were wonderfully helpful arranging contractors etc to ensure my property met the healthy homes compliance. Tenants were found really quickly once the house was ready, and I was kept informed at every step. Very happy with the service.

Professional, Value, Responsive.

Kelly Steigen is the PM of the house I have been tenanting going on 3 years now and I have nothing but high praise for her, 😊 she is professional as well as prompt when it comes to things that need to be fixed or general enquires I have and she is also friendly/kind/approachable and understanding. I have very little experience in tenanting and must say I am truly happy and grateful for my overall standing relationship with Oxygen(Hawkes Bay) and Kelly Steigen. To Whom It May Concern We have known Lindsey Hambleton over the last 4 years where she has been our Property Manager for our last rental tenancy. We have found her to be the consummate professional, always courteous and honest in her role and dealings with us. Good property manager

I am grateful that Joanne Marshall is the property manager of the apartment unit that I am renting. She forwards notices of the things that I need to be aware of promptly. She also responds to my queries and acts on my requests and issues.
