Oxygen Hawkes Bay
Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).

Jade Carrasco is a very good, very attentive & professional, lovely person to have had as our property manager. She is very kind, nice, very helpful and friendly too.She responds to our texts and emails super quick and always get things done efficiently. She makes us feel comfortable and taken care of any maintenance issue with an immediate response. Many thankss Jade and Oxygen team as well.... Highly recommend to everyone !!

Very Happy
I have been a tenant and am now a lardlord with this company. As a tenant they were easy to deal with, polite respectful and helpful. As a landlord my property is currently being looked after by Aileen. I cannot speak highly enough of her. She is the diligent, hard working and dedicated. Beyond that she is utterly trustworthy and I know she is 100%working in my best interest. I never need to worry about my property as she has it all under control and her finger on the pulse. I never thought renting a property could be so simply and stress free. Shes honestly amazing and I would recommend her to any new landlords or people disappointed with their current property managers. One of my friends has followed my advice and is now renting with her.
