Oxygen Hawkes Bay

Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).

Great property manager

Lindsey has been my property manager for over a year now. Her communication with me is efficient and professional. She is the perfect eyes and ears to look after my tenant and my property.

Leanne Phillips - awesome

We have had Leanne Phillips from the Hastings office look after us since we have been in our rental for the last 2 years. She has been very professional, very good getting things sorted when asked if we have had a problem. Leanne has been easy to talk to and always letting us know what is going on if we are waiting for something /a part/ contractor etc.

After applying for countless amounts of…

After applying for countless amounts of properties through a number of different agencies, I met Aileen from oxygen property management and she was so kind and caring. She went above and beyond to help find the right house for me and my two children. We now have a beautiful house and I can't say enough to show how grateful I am and how much I appreciate her determination and the effort she put in to get us the right place. To say she is amazing is an understatement. We are so lucky to have met Aileen. She is the best!!!!!

Almost a yearly tenant

We have been living in our property for almost a year now under the Oxygen Company and so far we have had an amazing experience so far regarding sorting out issues regarding the place. Nothing we could really say apart from amazing work to the team!
