Realizó las gestionar oportunas para resolver mi caso, y quedé muy satisfecho, tanto por su gestión y su atención.

Please have in mind that I am really mad at this moment. I bought a train ticket from Madrid to Sevilla, but an accident happened and the train companies are offering a different service to overcome this. The point is, I need to change my tickets and that is not possible to do in the website of said train company, because I bought them in Omio. And it is also not possible to do in Omio!!!! I am 2 hours with the chat opened and i only got the AI replies til now

Bonjour, Depuis avoir payé en novembre mon billet de train par carte bleue, cette dernière a été piratée. Je déconseille d'utiliser ce site car il n'a pas la sécurité requise lors du paiement. Le piratage se fait majoritairement avec le libellé "amz*xsolla usa" est les transactions sont en dollar.

I had to change a booking for various of reasons and an agent by the name Anas was super helpful in doing so. I ended up getting the booking I want and to that im thankful to whole Omio support team.

Even though it was a long and difficult process to reach the staff member in charge, they responded to my email right away and sincerely tried to resolve the issue. I truly appreciate their kindness. Thank you. Hatem!

I am so glad i AM ABLE TO SEE ALL THE TRANSPORT OPTIONS. I was also able to change my train due to a flight change.

I received a $90+ credit for a canceled ticket when I was traveling in Europe. When I tried to use the credit, it didn’t work. I waited longer than 90 days after I got back to ask for a refund, because honestly it wasn’t a priority, and they said it was impossible due to their terms. I will try to use the credit again, though I won’t be traveling anytime soon, and it runs out in 2027. I could accept the policy, and would gladly, had I not tried several times to use the credit when I need it and now won’t for the foreseeable future, but I did, so I am not happy with their service. I would not recommend using this company or App. There is no reason, other than “terms” that I should not be refunded. As far as I am concerned, they have my money and won’t return it unless I use their service. I would therefore conclude that they are not a service, customer oriented company, and I will not be using them again, why would anyone, except to hopefully recover my money.
