Problem with customer service refund policy
I received a $90+ credit for a canceled ticket when I was traveling in Europe. When I tried to use the credit, it didn’t work. I waited longer than 90 days after I got back to ask for a refund, because honestly it wasn’t a priority, and they said it was impossible due to their terms. I will try to use the credit again, though I won’t be traveling anytime soon, and it runs out in 2027. I could accept the policy, and would gladly, had I not tried several times to use the credit when I need it and now won’t for the foreseeable future, but I did, so I am not happy with their service. I would not recommend using this company or App. There is no reason, other than “terms” that I should not be refunded. As far as I am concerned, they have my money and won’t return it unless I use their service. I would therefore conclude that they are not a service, customer oriented company, and I will not be using them again, why would anyone, except to hopefully recover my money.
