Customer support SUCKS
Please have in mind that I am really mad at this moment. I bought a train ticket from Madrid to Sevilla, but an accident happened and the train companies are offering a different service to overcome this. The point is, I need to change my tickets and that is not possible to do in the website of said train company, because I bought them in Omio. And it is also not possible to do in Omio!!!! I am 2 hours with the chat opened and i only got the AI replies til now
