Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Richard Jarrett is an amazing broker
Richard Jarrett is an amazing broker, he very friendly & easy to talk to. He works hard to find me the best mortgage deals and if I have any concerns about my mortgage application he’s happy to resolve them for me. When the mortgage application is handed over to Claire she’s always chasing the process and keeping me updated, I’m always pleased with both of them work ethic. I would recommend them to anyone.

Response to finding suitable tenants was very swift and Jemima was very keen to give us plenty of information. We preferred a couple to come in and chose one of the first few who meet the required refernces. As previously, pleased with the service

Efficient and friendly service, Ocean produced a good sales pack (photos etc) and were proactive in getting a buyer for my home. Very useful to have a move manager service, I did have to chase but found them easy to contact and quick to respond to questions
