Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Tracey and Simon are both incredibly knowledgable and supportive especially on complex topics like mortgages and finances. Simon had multiple online calls with us to talk us through the process and what we should expect. Tracey was amazing at supporting us after we submitted our application.

I used Ocean Financial Services for my remortgage (Neil and Tracey) as I always do. It went smoothly as always and was very efficient. They are a great team and always responsive to questions. Wouldn't go anywhere else to remortgage my Bristol property. Service is excellent.

Very professional
Ocean was the second estate agent I used and were very professional and upfront on charges. There were plenty of viewings which were all booked with plenty of notice. Had an offer within 6 weeks. Kept informed at all stages of the process. I also used Ocean Lawyers which made the process smoother. There was regular communication and any issues that arose were swiftly and promptly dealt with. I would definitely recommend Ocean and would use them again .

Great viewings with Emma
We called to book a viewing and saw the property the same day with Emma. Emma was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the property. She was able to answer all our questions and seemed genuinely interested in our thoughts. Emma put forward our offer and called the next day to say it had been accepted. Would recommend Emma and the Ocean Westbury on Trym team.
