Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesnβt sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around Β£15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for Β£5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

I donβt like that you can speak to anyone with questions. Best you can do is email someone and then they tell you to watch your video.

Negative certificate for a positive result
No problem ordering the test and taking it. Took the test, I have symptoms and the test gave a positive result which was very clear on the photo I uploaded however when I uploaded the result I received a certificate saying I was negative. However when I left a review I was promptly contacted by the team who apologised for the mistake and rectified it quickly and said they would investigate how this happened. Very quick response from customer services π
