Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

The kit was easy to use
The kit was easy to use and the instructions very clear. I was a bit confused about exactly what I had to photograph alongside my picture and it took some effort to find out exactly how to get to the app - which was actually a web page I think. Ordering and delivery were very easy and the results came through quickly. Generally a good experience.

The test was easy to order and generally easy to use, but two issues. 1) The reference to ‘using our app’ was confusing. What you actually meant was ‘using our web page’. An app is a colourful little tile that sits on my phone screen that I can get from the App Store. You haven’t got one. 2) When you say you need a photo of the unused kit, that is too unspecific. The unused kit could mean the unopened box. So your wording needs tightening up. Given the importance of these tests, you need clearer instructions. Otherwise timely and efficient.
