Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesnβt sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around Β£15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for Β£5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Uploading instructions could be better!
I liked the convenience of the test, but the instructions about uploading were unclear. There should be a warning on the package telling you that you are required to send two photos, one with the unused test and one after youβve taken the test. The instructions on how to submit the test should also be included with the package rather than the user having to hunt for them in email. Otherwise, the delivery and ease of use were great.

Day 2 test
The test was delivered in plenty of time. I had a little difficulty in scanning the QR code but a very prompt reply to an email asking for help sorted out the problem. The rest of the process was straightforward and the result was quickly sent. Would use this service again.
