Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesnβt sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around Β£15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for Β£5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

My test came back as inconclusive but it was negative
My test was negative. Absolutely no sign of any other pink line. One solid line on the control and that was it. My test came back as inconclusive which is odd and I have to send out for another test but Iβm negative

The instructions were a little confusing, despite the video. Also I would say that it should be more specified that all is done best on a mobile phone. The web app did make it simple to carry out the verification.

Very quick and easy
Very quick and easy, but must read instructions carefully. Needed a registration serial number to get the required passenger locator form, was a must for immigration. Had a slight problem registering at the beginning, but received a response from customer service very quickly.

Β£5 LFT used for Day 2 from international travel. Very easy
I don't often like to write reviews but I was helped by coming onto Trust pilot before I purchased Day 2 LFT. I can't understand the recent low ratings for some users, as I found the process super smooth and it was step by step based on their website. I looked at many from the government website approved and only wanted to pay Β£5. Now Test is one of the few that links directly to Trust pilot. I clicked a few others and there was a warning from Trust pilot to say they the companies were 'misquoting and misleading' their customers by not showing the latest ratings. I've not had a problem so I can't comment on customer service. Came back from the middle east 2 days ago. Ordered kit Monday Β£5, paid exactly that, arrived few days later to my nominated UK address. Whe ni paid I got the reference number which was required for my UK passenger locator form. Tip: 1 use your mobile phone there isn't an app but's it's their website and you can scan the things onto it. 2. Watch the video just finished doing my test, got the email with the results almost immediately.
