Support Process Not Working
Although I originally gave NewsWire a 2-star rating, I am happily changing my rating to 4 stars, with the probability of changing it to a 5 star. Why the change - within minutes of posting my review I was contacted by Patrick with a reasonable explanation as to why I had the issue I describe and an escalation process should I ever experience similar or any issues going forward. All companies will occasionally have issues, so what separates the bad ones from the good ones is what they do to correct the issue. Patrick's efforts demonstrated to me that NewsWire is one of the good ones. Below is an email exchange, please tell me if my experience was acceptable. Your request (7502) has been updated.
