I had an excellent experience the first time I used Newswire, but my last process did not go as smoothly. My release was submitted and 'under review' mid afternoon the day before I asked for it to be released, but was never released the next morning. They got it out 2 hours late. In their defense, I was contacted by the company in an effort to regain my trust in them and I thought they did an excellent job of recovering. It turns out that there was an unusual issue they were facing at that point that has since been rectified.
