Choose a Different Wire Service
Purchased a news release credit - went to use and it was not reflected in my account. I called the customer service number - left a voicemail, and also emailed our account coordinator for help. After getting her out of office, I was left with no choice but to buy another credit - news releases are timely! And, unfortunately, I thought they'd make it right. After getting an email response, I was told they don't issue refunds. So, although it was their error in not reflecting my purchase in my account - I am still out the $349. It's not a ton of money but it's HORRIFIC customer service. The back-and-forth emails were painful; I highly suggest you go with another, more professional service and skip newswire.
