I was greatly disappointed to see my press release going out to so many media outlets that would not help promote my event. I felt it was a real waste of my marketing dollars. I'm disappointed in the pick up of our release. Having spent the money on the premium National package and targeted it towards our industry it's discouraging to see the news published by almost exclusively business journals (not our industry). The response was that traditional media outlets are hard to track, but they all have online presences right? I'm not really sure how much their staff (which has been nice and professional) can really do to change the results, but I wish that they would have been more cautionary or advised how reuters, AP, or other major outlets would have reacted. ~~ I have an amendment to my original review. After seeing my feedback the company reached out and was impeccable with their reaction and service. They offered more value which was my main concern, their concerted effort and direct approach with me has changed my perception of their service and I am more comfortable recommending them as a service.
