The customer service I received through the online chat I can’t fault, to the point and swiftly resolved. The only negative- I was informed as part of the resolution to call with a CRM number, the wait time on the phone wasn’t ideal! Overall good experience for a query that was negative!

Made an error in not paying up front for parking. Paid on exit on the app but this meant I was paying to start a session not end it. However chat with Susan at NCP confirmed that since I had paid they could apply that to my session. Quick and helpful. NCP not cheap but the app is great. You can extend your stay if necessary.

Total sh1t and a complete rip off Total sh1t and a complete rip off. Not only did they rip me off for the original cost because they knew I had no other choice (£115 for 3 days) they stung me for another £64 when I was delayed coming back by 5 hours. Then they didn't give me a receipt so I contacted their 'help' to which they needed too much personal payment information before sending one. Booking reference should have been enough. Sheisters!
