Offers are usually not very good. 10% discount only on full price merch, which is cheaper in house anyway most of the time. You do get a good deal now and then, though.

In store discount stops working. Who’s issue? Support ignores
I have a in store discount code. after couple uses it stops working. UNiDAYS support blame retailer I need contact them. I speak to the company managers who doesn’t generate code. UNiDAYS want list of information . I give them after pointless back forth they admit error with code. Weeks later stops working again same process. I explain the past issue but was still urged to give info so I did. Then they stopped replying . Also they want to keep receipts and try attempts refund off m&s . UNiDAYS generates codes. Store mangers won’t accept it if codes won’t work . Back and forth.. what end is the issue…

News Subscription Cancelled Without Warning
News Subscription Cancelled. I organised for student access to a national news service which I was entitled to access throughout my uni degree. Without warning, I lost access. Reached out to UniDays for help. Took days to get a response. They asked for 'screenshots' but were not clear on what screenshots they were looking for. Days later, eventually responded with an explanation that didn't make sense in the context. Not sure what's going on at that end but completely unhelpful.

pues en mi opinión no sirve la abrí y no puedo hacer o buscar nada y si entro por otro lado me dice "pagina no encontrada" ósea no puedo ni siquiera puedo ver las marcas ni los descuentos ni nada que es eso por dios, que rabia.

Je continue de tourner en rond. Unidays a rentré mon établissement dans son listing mais cela n'a rien débloqué. On me demande des pièces que j'ai déjà donné, je les renvoie... Trois jours après aucune nouvelle. MAJ, ça y est, j'ai enfin obtenu gain de cause. Dommage que cela est été si compliqué...

'cant verify you're a student' when you are studying online. When I have a physical student card. Stupid, I'll stick to student beans, thanks. They have no issues.

Mostly use it for student discounts and the codes always work. I just wish they’d partner up with more stores and offer bigger discounts since 5% doesn’t cut it for a student sometimes. I know it ain’t their fault if the companies don’t offer it but maybe there could be a partner up

Sowas habe ich ja noch nie erlebt! Unidays hält sich für über dem deutschen Gesetz... Auf Anfragen zum Löschen des Kontos kriege ich Anfragen zum uploaden von Dokumenten, wtf? Laut DSGVO habe ich das RECHT auf Löschung. Diese Scammer missachten deutsche Recht und europäische Gesetze! Selbst meine Anfrage zu deren Datenschutzbeauftragten wurden ignoriert... Sollte ich die Angelegenheit nicht über normalen Wege klären können gibt es Gott sei Dank noch das Gericht.

Es un engaño o poca efectividad. Funciona mal
Despues de 6 días y habiendo enviado el carnet de estudiante de mi hijo y la matrícula del curso 24/25 todavía estoy esperando que me respondan con la aceptación para el descuento. Ya hemos hecho la compra, no nos ha servido de nada dar tanta información nuestra. No se si algún día tendran pensado contestar.
