Ollie Dog Food

Ollies food has helped my dog's stomach so much. He's so shiny, happy, and rowdy! Thanks for fueling my pup :)

It was super easy to order or to make any adjustments to the order. Like changing the meals or how often them come.

Be more specific on fresh food. For example yes say half a pack but how many oz??? I don’t see any blueberries in the turkey one, I did my first order, but not anymore.

My boy is SUPER picky. He only liked 1 flavor. I emailed customer service, received a response within the hour, they overnighted food so he wouldn't run out. The customer service is superb and my picky eater is happy.

The customer service has been good. I have been experiencing non-stop issues with the APP on my phone & tablet, but everything works on the computer. I sent messages to CS and they responded fairly quickly to help me. The APP is still not working properly on my phone/tablet though. My dogs love the food and it's less messy than one of its competitors. One of my dogs was getting a really bad upset stomach with The Farmer's Dog (TFD) brand, so I decided to try Ollie. The food seems to be better, and the fussy dog no longer has a bad tummy. In fact, he attacks his food with gusto! So for the food I have to give 5 stars. The APP still sucks though!

Great experience ordering my first Ollie. So glad they offer a half meal, which is a topper for my dogs other food.

My box was half open when I received it. This likely falls on the carrier, rather than OLLIE. It was delivered by UPS.

6 week between deliveries should have an exact cost for that shipment. I can not find it in the app. That could be my deciding factor on keeping this subscription. Please tell me my charge per order. Just try and cancel your subscription, it's impossible.

Love the packing on the wet food, way better than the other place I tried. My dog loves the food too. Customer service is fantastic :)

Great product and my Mr Awesome really gets excited when it's meal time... They have fantastic customer service... might be a bit spendy but ... I have had 4 Malamutes over 45 yrs and Mr Awesome is the most healthy pup I've ever had... he's 5 yrs 3 months and has been on Ollie for 4+ yrs... I attribute his health to food he eats...

I really have been enjoying my Ollie deliveries for the past month- my dog absolutely LOVES them! The first welcome package comes with the puptainer that perfectly fits their packs of food. The only downside is that they do not actually accurately calculate the amount of calories that your dog needs so when you receive the packs of food there are zero feeding instructions. I would have preferred they sent exact instructions as most pet parents end up overfeeding their dogs this way. His poops are way smaller, less frequent, and less stinky! Way better than kibble. My hollistic vet approved!

Not only is Ollie a nutritious “real food” for your doggies but their Customer Service is amazing. Having a Lab for the first time, I’ve had so many questions on food type, quantity, etc and they are wonderful to deal with. Mikayla on their Vet team gets high marks in my book. She is the best.
