My dog loves this food, healthy ingredients

Besides the fact that my dog loves Ollie, I like that they give me a heads up when my order is going to ship and an opportunity to change things. I’m still working on getting my dog’s weight down. But, she’s doing well.

I like to idea of the product. I like the process. I thik the price for all fresh is a little high.

After using Ollie with my last pup, tried the turkey with my new pup’s…didn’t like it. Just trying the chicken…kinda the same. Not sure what to try next really.

I’ve been feeding my dog Ollie for a while now, and I have to say, I was immediately impressed when we received the food container as a gift. It was such a thoughtful and stylish touch, and the size is super practical too. Ollie offers a variety of recipes made with wholesome, high quality ingredients, which gives me peace of mind. My dog really enjoyed the food from the start! Over time, I noticed that he wasn’t eating with the same excitement as before, and I did consider switching to another brand. But honestly, I haven’t come across another company that combines such clean, functional packaging with truly healthy ingredients like Ollie does. That’s what convinced me to stick with them and I’m glad I did. :)

My dogs absolutely love this food.

I like the package size for my 8 lb shorky. She’s to small for lrg pkg so they go bad.the food looks good and fresh. The pkgs are kept in freezer until needed. Also she loves he treats. She’s lost most her front teeth but she has no problem with these. I store in refrigerator.

My mini Aussie is a very picky eater. We tried Farmers Dog and she wouldn’t touch it. She seems to really enjoy her Ollie food and the service has been great.

My first order came as promised and my lil furry LOVES the meals, she was a VERY picky eater. We just received our second larger order. The Ollie team is very helpful and thorough.

Honestly was really excited to try this for my dog. Unfortunately based on their lack of communication/customer service and extremely delayed shipping, I canceled before the box even arrived. I signed up on 7/28 and was supposed to receive the first box on 7/31, signed up for the app and notifications, and as of 8/4 it still has not even shipped!! I reached out to customer service via multiple avenues on 8/1 and have yet to hear back. Imagine if my dog depended on this service for regular meals??? There are too many other meal delivery services that aren’t as expensive and are actually reliable out there to deal with this. It all reads a bit scammy to me if I’m being honest.

I have a 12 year-old golden retriever and have tried farmer’s dog which was messy and lots of trouble not to mention heavy, Sundays was a blah, and spot and tango did not agree with him. Ollie is by far the best of the best out there

Great Customer Service. I had an issue with not getting my referral credit and customer service fixed it for me with no issues.

My first shipment I received the food was thawed and warm. Called customer service they sent out a new shipment and the food was thawed and slightly cool. We tried again and the food was thawed but colder. I really wanted to try this product, however the quality of the shipping Was not good. I do want to say customer service was very helpful and I appreciate that. I just suggest you get a handle on whatever the shipping problems are. I decided to go another way.

Received incorrect product. Still waiting for a response from Ollie. Vet response was incomprehensible when I inquired about a feeding question. App frequently frozen.

Do not like packaging, wet and messy. My dog does not really like the food that much. A lot of trouble to feed

Order is late. Have been waiting for it since July 30th. Tried getting in touch via email and phone, since the chat has been down forever. A very expensive product and a terrible customer service.

My dog likes Ollie’s so far. He’s picky so time will tell if he will continue to eat it.

Juanito the NJ Cardigan Corgi was on a self-imposed hunger strike for 3 months - he barely ate. My closet if full of uneaten high quality kibble and cans. After $1500 of vet bills/lab work I finally tried Ollie - he loves it!

The appearance of the Ollie food. It didn't look like the other "fresh" food, wet sawdust in a bag, saturated in yellow water which I drained each mealtime. My two boys (both rescued Chihuahuas) didn't find any chunks of anything to chew on. It would be great for recently weaned pups or toothless elder dogs! They just didn't like it. They loved Ollie first bite! All varieties, bowls were licked clean! We are so glad we switched to Ollie!!!
