Gina was great! She was able to give me informed information and went out of her way to help me. She didn’t just give me a canned answer! You could tell she was a Dog Mom!

We always struggled with getting our pup to eat. We tried multiple foods and would beg him to eat. From the first bowl of Ollie on he gobbles it up and we now find him sitting in front of the fridge all day. The staff is always available for questions and wonderful. I can’t imagine our life. Ever being without Ollie again!!

This is my first order. The delivery company delayed my dog's fresh food on a holiday weekend. Erin was great. Put in a replacement order, gave me a discount for a future order and told me where I could go to get my dog food until the new package arrived. With this service, they have a customer for life!

The food arrived when I was told it would, and although I have had to take a bit longer transitioning my dog, they've been extremely easy to work with as far as sending out the follow up food.

My little girl is so excited for dinner that she waits nearby to watch me put a portion in her bowl then runs ahead of me waiting patiently for me to put her bowl down. I still laugh daily watching her do the same thing every day.

It’s been good with Ollie. I’m always scared I’m feeding my dog too little but I do split it into three meals a day instead of 2. I hope that’s ok
