First of all, Ollie's customer service is excellent and any concerns are handled by flesh and bone human beings. My dog, Scout is thriving on the food. She is happy, affectionate, energetic and playful. Her coat is smooth and shiny and she has solid poops. Seriously, what more can I ask for?

Ollie provides a healthy means of gut health and aids in energy in my senior dog. My dog has been on it for years and she is now 14. The only frozen food brand that has fewer starches and solid meat content.

I had to postpone my delivery so I called customer service. The young lady was very helpful understanding and it was easy to get through to them. My dog loves the food so much he does a dance before I put it down. It's so cute!

My Morkie Louie just loves his new food. He adjusted so well to the wet and dry food and the transition was so positive. He looks forward to his meals and licks his whole bowl clean. The deliveries are exactly on time as promised and always frozen and fresh. Thanks for a great product and happy fur parents.

Usually our order comes neatly boxed and well wrapped. This one looked like someone just threw everything into the box, slapped another cardboard on top, threw in some dry ice, sealed and shipped. The pork meals have a different consistency this time - more gooey or a peanut butter consistency. My dog will eat anything - he doesn’t seem to mind but I do.

The food Ollie provides is fantastic, but all of the interactions I have had with them have been terrific as well. Very happy with the product and the service.

My dogs love this food and I like feeding gently cooked food with organ meat. Feeding this food is very convenient though unpacking each delivery and discarding the recycle material is quite a task, but that is not a fault of Ollie's, just the nature of purchasing frozen food online. What I do not like is they include legumes in their recipes despite the known issue with nutrition mediated dilated cardiomyopathy. I am ordering the two meats (turkey and pork) with only a small portion of peas :(. But anyone unaware of this potential disease (NDCM) could be putting their dog in harms way. I also really dislike the interface for managing my orders. I want to change the size of the package being sent for one of my dogs and I cannot figure out how to do it on my own. I want to remove an item I added with my first order (treats) and I cannot find a way to do it. The customer interface is horrible. If I can find a similar food that my dogs love as much, I will switch.

Fresh Food. It comes frozen, so it is safe for my pup. He enjoys his food, and he is a healthy pup.

The app is very user friendly. It’s easy to customize the meal plan for each dog’s energy requirements and protein preferences. I like getting notifications regarding when the food will ship and when it is delivered. There is adequate time before shipping to go into your account and make changes to the order beforehand.
