Ollie Dog Food

I had to take the time to write this review because of how difficult it has been to feed my 7lb poodle who is a service dog that has literally had chronic diarrhea since day one. Poor baby is allergic to everything except Salmon and Turkey so I've been cooking for him and stressing out over whether I was including all the right vitamins and such. So on a whim I gave Ollie's Turkey dinners a try and NOT ONLY does Apollo love it and eats it twice a day but he refused my home cooked salmon the other night preferring to eat the Ollie Brand Turkey dinner. Thanks so much you all for making a good food for my baby - you have taken about 75 lbs of stress off of my shoulders and I really appreciate that! For the first time in his 6 year life he's eating regularly and not having ANY stomach issues. In all honestly to you I AM FLOORED BY THIS! If you have a dog with a sensitive stomach (if even if you don't) I highly recommend Ollie's foods for your dog. I also found out that Ollie has some foods that are good for dogs that need to eat a low fat diet (such as dog's with Pancreatitis). I highly recommend the Ollie brand foods for your dogs!

Shipment came exactly as promised!

We have 3 precious Pomeranians and yes they are picky eaters. I was feeding them a high end kibble and mixing it with food I was making for them. Two would eat around the kibble and 1 ate most of his meals. They had their good days and bad days and we were just concerned that they were not getting proper nutrition. It was stressful for me , so I decided we had to do something. I researched and found Ollie as the number 1 prepared food. From the 1 st portions they have eaten every meal that has been put in front of them. We are just thrilled to see them eating well and loving their food. The Ollie is expensive, but the process and the product are outstanding. I also like the screening for weight , digestion , coat. I think these are very helpful. We have entered our 3 rd week and we have seen a great improvement in our 16 year olds activity levels and attention. He’s eating great for a change. We are so happy with the outcomes!

Very easy to work with. The fact that they have a lamb recipe saved my little dog with a sensitive tummy. I had been using the Farmer's Dog/Turkey. it worked for a while, his poops were rock hard, and his tear stains vanished. After about 4 months he wasn't liking it anymore and that's when I consulted Ollie. they sent me a discounted trial amount and it works. His poops are still hard and no tear stains either. The small containers are wonderful and fit in our bottom freezer along with our food.

The ordering was super easy and when I had a question, they got back to me quickly. It was easy to update my order because they let me know that the recurring order was going to ship in a few days, so I went in and changed what I wanted to.

First of all my dog loves the food. The app is so easy to use and when I had an issue customer service resolved it and refunded me immediately. I will continue to use Ollie for my dog and recommended to anybody and everybody that they are a great company!

Ollie has been great, my dog transitioned well and is eating all his food at meal times. Easy ordering process and delivery service.

I was not aware of the delivery date. It came late in the day and all the ice packages were melted and empty. I was not ready for another order and had to throw out some of my frozen items so the dog food could fit in the freezer. I received the notice of deliver the same day the notice came it was on it's way. I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.

They have amazing customer service

My 8 year old labradoodle was getting fat and lethargic on his kibble. I started him on Ollie. He is doing great! A remarkable turnaround. He has lost weight and is back to his young active and happy self. Love it. Not cheap, but worth it.

Ollie is the only food that my picky eater will consistently eat

I had an issue with the fresh product in regard to my dog’s digestion. Toni, your representative was so understanding and switched him to the baked. He took to it well and we are now in great shape. Great customer service.

Excellent responsive customer service

The customer support has been super quick to reply. I had a question about increasing my dogs calorie intake and the support person was knowledgeable and kind. Another interaction with support was when our dogs food was delayed in shipping due to a holiday and she was able to give me information about where Ollie was sold in stores so I could supplement until it arrived. It actually still arrived on the date Ollie said it would, but the shipping company was wrong… so Ollie wasn’t to blame for the shipping issue.

Bellas food box arrived on time and frozen solid, and there is no concern about her fresh food. She loves her new doggo food and treats.

So excited for Bo to try his ice cream . He loves his food and treats .
