Ollie Dog Food

I like Ollie and so do my dogs. But you guys are not easy to communicate with. Dont know why. My wife and i both have email addresses and phone numbers, we can both text. but even though i always get an acknowledgemen of my communication, i dont get the answer that i needt

I have given a review before on Ollie's Dog Food! I love love love the packaging. Customer Service has always been Wonderful! I like that I can go online and change the dates of delivery and the food plan! I have a very picky eater and I still have to coax her to eat, but I have preferred Ollie's over all the others We have tried. She's picky with them all. She just wants to eat what we have, but once she starts eating her Ollie's food, she gobbles it down. Thanks Ollie! I do wish you had other choices of ice cream treats. It's hard to get her to eat bananas and I'm afraid she may not like the peanut butter and banana! I have been tempted to purchase...I just wish she could try it first! She has ate my vanilla and strawberry, even though I know she shouldn't, but... Hint Hint

The food was a little thawed in the bottom but not like the first one

I was running low on food so I changed my delivery date and it came the next day-just in time! My dog loves the food and it has kept her healthy and happy!

I recently received a box that didn't hold up well in shipping I had great customer service getting it fixed and I'm so happy to see my dog starting to look a little healthier

Excellent dog food, my dogs love it! It's the best dog food you can buy, even the baked food is incredible, you can see all of the ingredients in the baked food with your eyes.

The product is really working well for us. Although this is the most important the little things that Ollie does well is keeping me inspired to use Ollie. The little serving utensil, the storage vessel, and the ability to share more about the pups for feedback on their health is awesome. Thank you for being an exceptionally well run company.

I have the most Picky aussie ever. She will turn her nose up and not eat for days. She love Ollie, eats it all up (moist and dry, loves both of them). Her bowel habits are also regular now. Eye stains are starting to go away.

My customer service rep was Megan. She was very helpful. She communicated thru emails and then on the online chat. All reps should be as helpful as she is.

The boxes always arrive on time and in good condition. Any questions I have are always answered promptly and efficiently. You feel like the company really cares about the well being of your pet.

Ollie is a great company to work with

My dog had been suffering with digestive and allergy issues- mushy, soft stools or diarrhea every few days and incessantly licking his paws. Within days of starting Ollie, the licking ceased and his stools firmed, and he hasn’t had any problems since! It’s so worth it!! Also, he was a picky eater, and now he licks his bowl clean!!!

Ollie gives the best service. My dog didn’t like one of the flavors and they immediately replaced it and gave me a refund for those packs. They always respond asap and you don’t get some random AI bullshit. You get an actual person who cares. They are fast and really amazing.

people are very responsive but 2of my 3 deliveries have arrived with several packs partially defrosted. i worry that as the summer heat increases it will worsen. this was not an issue with farmers dog as the cooling blocks were much more substantial. otherwise, food does appear better (less greasy) for my dog.

Ocean , he has a sensitive stomach and this food has been good for that also his weight has increased

Ollie has consistently excellent customer service - very friendly folks who are extremely pleasant! Their dog food is excellent quality and has been a massive benefit to our dog’s overall health and happy digestive system!

So far so good, I am relatively new to Ollie, only on my second box, but my boxes have come on their delivery date and it’s been good. I have a picky standard poodle, or just likes good tasting food to her. We are doing the half portion so she still gets some of her kibble and the half Ollie. She hasn’t complained about eating any of her meals since starting Ollie. And she can have a sensitive tummy once and this has sat really well with her.

The food itself is so much better than many dog foods - smells so much better and he gobbles it down quickly. I don't even mind using my own silverware on it as opposed to a plastic spoon, as I have with some other foods. Ha! But true.
