Timely and consistently high quality. I think one pouch is too much for my mini audience so I give her half to a third each meal. She eats twice a day. Sometimes she does want it and eats Cesar then. Must most of the time he likes Ollie and seems to have more energy and overall happy
My shipment arrived with the dry ice packs completely melted and holes in the plastic packs. The food was also partially thawed..a portion of some packs were completely warm. I didn’t assess each pack individually as I deemed it a total loss by the state of it. I also take food safety very seriously. The representative told me she’d replace 5 out of 14 packs for good measure after she clarified whether the packs were still somewhat frozen. She said they should still be safe if I wanted to test it out and monitor if my dog got sick or not. I said absolutely not and requested a full replacement. She sounded very annoyed with me and reluctantly agreed. She told me my replacement order would arrive by Saturday (today) and I did not receive an email confirmation of a new order, nor did I receive a tracking number. It’s around 6:30 PM and it’s looking like my order won’t be arriving. I had high hopes for Ollie’s but this left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t intend on giving them my business again.

Ollie customer service is very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the best plan for my dog Rocco. Ollie explains feeding guidelines for your specific dog and everything I ng you need to know. Rocco loves the food from day 1 and the transition to Ollie food was easy with no problems. Rocco has been on Ollie for 1 1/2 months and his energy level has really increased. Rocco is a 15 yr old Chihuahua. Rocco also needed to lose about 2 lbs and has already lost most of it thanks to Ollie. I'm so happy! I recommend anyone looking for fresh food and improving their dogs diet for a healthier diet to give Ollie a try. I'm so glad I did.
It was easy to get. Ordering was a little confusing because I thought I signed up for half and half but it was half all fresh add your own. Which is technically bad on my part. However, getting her switched over to the correct plan was a breeze, and it came out exactly when they said it was going to. My dog absolutely loves her food. She gobbles all of it down every single time. The best thing of all, she hasn’t been having her stomach issues, like she normally does. So, here’s crossing my fingers that Ollie is finally the one that’s going to work for her!!!!!
My dog Misha likes the food a lot, but on a personal level the only thing I have a problem with is the price since I'm retired and on social security.

The first food was hot and busted they said they would not charge for the next shipment they did (I had it stopped by my card) another shipment was sent out it was cool but still not cold didn’t feel safe to feed my dogs so I just cancelled my membership I never got to try the food so I can’t comment to that. The customer service were nice to talk to but they just couldn’t get the food to me without me questioning if it was safe to feed.

I got a response about percentage but didn’t actually answer what I was asking about re: the number of calories above and beyond the daily food could treats be allowed to maintain wait.
This will be the 2nd shipment. My dog is down 8 pounds and loves the food. I love the fact that I can recognize what is in his food! (1/2 plan)
