My Cruises has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.

Lucinda was very polite and easy to understand . She tried to help with us accessing our credit with Norwegian but it is too early to do it yet . Hopefully My Cruises can access the credit some time in the future
Very friendly and proficient service. process was quick and easy to complete. Consultant able to direct me to other departments so I could seek advise.
Ben was very friendly; he answered all my questions. He was pleasant to talk to, and he knows his stuff. He gave me ideas and options if I wish to extend our trip. The transaction was smooth, and Ben is definitely an asset for your company. Go Ben.

We had the best time. Hotels were excellent and the cruise was fabulous. Good food and excellent service.
1st time users of mycruises Feel there could be a little more information regarding getting to and from airports to hotels , ports etc overseas not speaking the languages and lugging suitcases about and street signs hard to find or read . The aspire lounge in Melbourne is hard to find not called aspire but house , that too had us all over the place looking for it , otherwise all went well , we went to Italy ! Then cruising extremely busy but very enjoyable
A cruise holiday with lots to see and experience
we really enjoyed our holiday My Cruises made it all so easy for us all we had to do was show up at the airport and book our tours of the ship the only small hiccup was the long delay checking in at the hotel on arrival
The MyCruises staff were very helpful during the booking process and were able to answer any queries. The flights, hotels and cruise were well chosen and very good value for money. I would not have to think twice about booking with MyCruises in the future. An excellent company.
Great holiday, very busy and on the go every day. Our pre and post hotels were both excellent. Though be prepared Tokyo hotel didn't budge with early check-in. Our floating hotel worked well. You can't go past NCL for great staff and service. Food and entertainment were average. Days were packed, trying to see as match as possible whilst in port. .
We had a fabulous guide with Jake from Cosmos. A lot of knowledgeable info for the US tour. Cruise was good The only downside was that My Cruises couldnt answer questions satisfactory…. Sometimes phone calls werent answered or return calls with info needed didnt happen .
This was amazing holiday. Everything was sorted by mycruise, all transfer, cruise, tours, hotels. Looking at booking another at the moment. I googled reviews, and thought only way to find out is to book. So glad, so happy. Thankyou mycruise. Looking at Alaska next.
