Blij met MusicStore & Behringer MonoPoly!

Ik ben blij met de aankoop van de Behringer MonoPoly, de synthesizer klinkt en ziet er geweldig uit. Ook alle knoppen, schakelaars etc. werken prima. Helaas is het klavier wat van mindere kwaliteit in vergelijk met de rest van het apparaat. Ik zou ook best bereid zijn om meer te betalen voor deze remake synthesizer series met een 3 en half octaaf versie, zoals vele originele modellen, èn een gòed standaard klavier. Heb destijds de Behringer VC-340 gehad maar teruggestuurd alleen vanwege 't matige klavier waar ik niet aan kon wennen, de rest was prima! Weliswaar speelt het klavier in de MonoPoly iets beter dan in VC-340 maar nog steeds niet geweldig. Misschien iets om via de Behringer fan-base te onderzoeken of er behoefte /bestaansrecht is voor 2 versies van elk type, bijvoorbeeld MonoPoly (huidige uitvoering) èn een MonoPoly X (luxe pakket). Tot slot: Behringer hartelijk dank voor al deze mooie remakes en daarmee de mogelijkheid voor vele synthesizerfans om van deze Iconen te kunnen genieten. Ben benieuwd wat er nog meer komt.... Ook dank aan MusicStore: het pakket wederom op tijd èn goed verpakt aangekomen en persoonlijk door de bezorger aan de deur overhandigd.

Ordering the guitar was straightforward and it duly arrived safely after only a week or so after I paid for it. It was shipped from Germany and arrived in pristine condition. Indeed it had been checked and perfectly set up by Music Stores technicians which was very appreciated. The contact number in Romford is handy. Indeed the lady (Joanne) I spoke to on a couple of occasions was most helpful and reassuring. The price I paid represents fantastic value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend Music Store. Poor customer service

I ordered a pedal from Music Store in Germany on April 2nd and the money was taken out of my account immediately. It was estimated to be in stock on April 15th. 10 days pass and they refund me the money. No info. Weird, but ok. I assume they cancelled it. On June 17th, out of the blue, two and a half months after the original order was placed, they suddenly take the money out again. No mails received from Music Store apart from the original order confirmation from April 2nd. I give them a call to hear what's going on. The guy is acting very defensive and doesn't get why I think that whole thing is a little weird. Apparently, I'm the weird one. He's saying that they didn't take any money out and that they just reserved the amount. We hang up and I check my account and can see that it was just as I mentioned at the start. Money out April 2nd and a refund on April 12th. I call back to let them know that I think it's weird and that they should at least have sent an email with info, just to keep the customers updated, but the other guy is equally defensive and keeps interrupting me. He doesn't believe that the money went out and back in 10 days later. Just terrible customer service in my opinion. I'm happy to get the pedal, but I will never order from Music Store again. I would rather shop somewhere, where the service is nice and communication is good and I can rely on delivery times.
