Ordering the guitar was straightforward and it duly arrived safely after only a week or so after I paid for it. It was shipped from Germany and arrived in pristine condition. Indeed it had been checked and perfectly set up by Music Stores technicians which was very appreciated. The contact number in Romford is handy. Indeed the lady (Joanne) I spoke to on a couple of occasions was most helpful and reassuring. The price I paid represents fantastic value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend Music Store.
