Poor customer service

I ordered a pedal from Music Store in Germany on April 2nd and the money was taken out of my account immediately. It was estimated to be in stock on April 15th. 10 days pass and they refund me the money. No info. Weird, but ok. I assume they cancelled it. On June 17th, out of the blue, two and a half months after the original order was placed, they suddenly take the money out again. No mails received from Music Store apart from the original order confirmation from April 2nd. I give them a call to hear what's going on. The guy is acting very defensive and doesn't get why I think that whole thing is a little weird. Apparently, I'm the weird one. He's saying that they didn't take any money out and that they just reserved the amount. We hang up and I check my account and can see that it was just as I mentioned at the start. Money out April 2nd and a refund on April 12th. I call back to let them know that I think it's weird and that they should at least have sent an email with info, just to keep the customers updated, but the other guy is equally defensive and keeps interrupting me. He doesn't believe that the money went out and back in 10 days later. Just terrible customer service in my opinion. I'm happy to get the pedal, but I will never order from Music Store again. I would rather shop somewhere, where the service is nice and communication is good and I can rely on delivery times.
