Prima ervaring met Msc Virtuosa naar Spanje vertrokken 12 Juli tot 26 juli vanuit Southampton. Heel veel vermaak aan boord voor onze tieners. Prima personeel, het is druk maar niet te druk. Eten gewoon, maar voor ons goed genoeg. Geoliede machine ook wat betreft het van boord gaan in een stad, ik ben zeer positief, vorig jaar met Norwegian Viva was ook al zeer positief.

No egg free cakes

I was unable to travel due to illness and had purchased a drink package for my wife and myself. My wife changed cabins to go in with my daughter and grandson. My granddaughter and her friend went into our cabin. we were not allowed to change the drink package to my granddaughter and her friend. When I applied for a refund on my drink package I was told to claim the money back on the travel insurance. Also the company was told my daughter was allergic to eggs and nuts, but on the final day there was a huge selection of cakes but no egg free ones.

Hice un crucero en el msc grandiosa del 5 al 12 de junio, el barco es espectacular, pero pierde todo su glamour al meter a tantísima gente, el bufet parece Benidorm es un extres impresionante, el día de navegación es horroroso no hay amacas , los camareros del buffet no te dan descafeinado, te gritan como si fueras una oveja, a la hora de desembarcar en Ibiza nos quedamos en un pasillo afixiados más de media hora por poco no me da una lipotimia. Quieren seguir vendiendote el glamour con las noches de gala y demás, pero hay tanta gente Quevedo parece el metro, de glamour tiene poco. Me vendieron un pack de bebidas diciéndome me entraba la sin alcohol y resulta que no entraba, todo el crucero luchando por la sin alcohol los camareros me hablaban mal. En los jacuzzi tienes a los niños encima de ti. Conclusión cuando decidas hacer un crucero busca otra compañía msc está saturando sus barcos de gente parecemos piojos entre costuras.

I’m writing as a Diamond status guest, having just returned from a cruise on MSC World Europa (March 2–9, 2025, from Genoa). Unfortunately, this marks the second cruise in a row with unresolved issues — and broken promises from MSC. We purchased the Easy Plus Drink Package and a 3-restaurant dining package, but again faced missing items, bar exclusions not mentioned during booking, and unavailable drinks in key venues. This was identical to what we experienced on the same ship in February 2024 — and at that time, MSC responded by saying stock levels and communication would improve. Clearly, they have not. The lack of transparency is especially disappointing. For example, on MSC Euribia, the drink package was not accepted in the wine bar — something we only discovered onboard. On World Europa, the Elixir Bar was also excluded, even though this was not listed online before purchase. Staff simply referred us to “fine print” on the menu — which is of no help to passengers who booked from home, based on incomplete or misleading information. We expected better. When a guest is paying €54/day for a beverage package, it’s reasonable to expect the advertised items to be available, and for the inclusions/exclusions to be made clear up front. MSC offered us a €30 future cruise credit per cabin, but this feels like an empty gesture — especially since it’s not combinable with other offers, like our 10% loyalty code. It does not address the core issue: we paid for services that were not fully delivered, and our loyalty as returning guests has been met with generic replies and no meaningful resolution. After multiple disappointing experiences, we now feel compelled to warn other potential guests. We’ll be sharing this review in multiple languages across all platforms, so that others are fully informed before purchasing onboard packages. MSC needs to do better — especially for loyal guests. Betreft: Reis Caraiben MSC Seaside

Betreft: 17 daagse reis Thema travel Caraiben MSC Seaside 25/1/2025 – 10/02/2025 Beste Bij deze wil ik mijn ongenoegen uiten over mijn laatste cruise met MSC Seaside in de Caraïben. 2 plaatsen zijn geannuleerd Puerto Ricco en Honduras en werden vervangen door Grand turk en nogmaals Nassau. ( telkens 2 keer ettelijke zeemijlen niet moeten verder varen, zal financieel wel een groot voordeel zijn) Ook de bijhorende excursies zijn geannuleerd. Van ons 14 dagen hebben we 3 x Miami, 2 keer Nassau en 2 keer Ocean cay gedaan ook de excursies op Ocean Cay (5 min voor aanvang) en de Everglades (door marathon die al een jaar op voorhand gekend was) werden geannuleerd. Dus wij hebben 5 excursie niet kunnen doen wat wel de bedoeling was van deze reis. En het waren geen goedkope, hebben wel telkens ons geld teruggekregen, maar daarvoor maken we deze reis niet. Samen met onze gehele groep van 29 personen hebben we spijtig genoeg allen van dezelfde tegenslagen moeten te gemoed zien. Ook het feit dat we 14 dagen weg waren en de tweede week dezelfde menu’s en dezelfde shows werden voorgeschoteld of de eerste week, stemt niet goed. Laat staan als je specialiteitenrestaurant doet, dat je easy drankenpakket niet geldig is en zo we telkens meer dan 60 € aan drank extra hebben moeten bijbetalen. Heb de indruk dat het hier alleen nog gaat over massa toerisme en opbrengsten en minder om de klanten. Het schip vol krijgen met gelijk wie en op welke manier dan ook ( bvb met laatste moment promo’s in Italie) doet veel af aan de kwaliteit van het reizen met msc schepen. Dit is mijn 5 de cruise met Msc en ben zwaar aan het overwegen om mijn volgende cruise met een meer professionele en meer klantenservice gerichte maatschappij mee te gaan.

Nie mehr MSC

Nie mehr MSC, Abzocke. Verkauft alle Optionen (Getränke, Ausflüge, etc.), obwohl sie genau wissen, dass du nicht auf die Reise mitgenommen wirst. Angaben über die Nationalitäten (Schweiz & Ukraine) wurden vorab an MSC gesendet. Dies erfährst du aber erst beim Check in am Hafen. Keine Alternativen angeboten bekommen, bezahlter Reisepreis nie mehr gesehen. Gaunerfirma, bekommt Geld ohne Dienstleistung oder evtl. Problemlösung für Überbuchungen auf Kosten von Passagieren auf einfache Art erledigt. Am Schluss noch bekommst du einen Fragebogen, wie die Reise gefallen hat. Eine Oberfrechheit.

Just the Cruise where i was looking…

Just the Cruise where i was looking for! Nice trip from NYC to the Bahamas, just enough to cover all te details and be there also on the sea itself. MSC Meraviglia is a very nice ship, also wen you compare it to other cruiselines like Carnival for example with there rusty ships. For me as a ex navy employee, was it a very good experience, i wil look for msc by future cruises.

Never buy another ticket on board

Never buy another ticket on board. They promise that they will match the price if it drops over time, that you have complete flexibility to change the dates (at least after 30+ days), that it always gives the best price on board etc. all are bs, I bought on-board and now I am tied to a expensive price, no flexibility, no drinking packages (it costs +300€ more than buying right now for the same trip, date, etc).

Worst Cruise Ever

Just returned from MSC Virtuosa 25 Oct to 8 Nov the worst cruise of my life! The cruise was geared up for families with lots of kids!!! Could not get near the Pool as it was always full of shouting screaming kids Kids touching food - 2 boys riding around on a mobility shooter a couple of evenings hitting the pole on the ship Kids running around 12.0clock at nights There was nowhere to get any peace and quiet at all for older guests - it was horrendous. Kids just ran riot no one stopped them MSC should be ashamed of themselves because lots of them should have been back at school! I needed to complain about a waiter - tried a couple of times but due to the lack of English speaking staff it was impossible so left it But I would like to warn ladies traveling alone as there were a couple of incidents concerning waiters bringing breakfasts to our cabins early in the mornings which should not have occurred There was scruffy attire worn in the dining rooms shorts and hats - a very cheap low-class cruise! It's right folks you get what you pay for!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with MSC…

Extremely disappointed with MSC Cruises' handling of our damaged baggage!! During our October 2024 cruise, they required us to leave our bags outside the ship for transport to our cabin. In that short transfer, they somehow managed to ruin all three of our bags, making them completely unusable. When we filed a claim, they told us there’s a two-month processing time due to "holiday season"—a weak excuse, especially since it’s not even holiday season. This level of service is unacceptable for a company of MSC's size. They damage our luggage, offer a dismissive response, and then expect us to wait months for any action. MSC needs to take responsibility and seriously improve their customer service if they want to maintain any credibility!!

Personal items stolen from room!

personal items stolen from room! I had my wallet with Money and credit/bank cards stolen from out of my room. I then had my room and cases searched as though I was the criminal! we heard no outcome about it. food was boring and repetitive and not many options for allergies and they don't seem to care. Don't go to cassablanca! worse port ever Parties at night are too late for younger/older passengers. so basically a teenage free for all with underage drinking and drug use. Doesn't seem to be policed and not a nice experience. dissenbakation was an absolute chaotic mess. They started putting cases in the right place but didn't do in the same order as bringing passengers down. They ended up just throwing the cases around the room and everyone had to go searching for their cases. It was madness

Catering for cealiacs

We are a group of 9 currently on MSC opera. One of our group is cealiac and we were assured by our travel Agent that the msc pride themselves in catering for this specific dietary needs. MSC also state this on their website. Our experience has been absolute awful as they do not cater or even care about the needs of cealiac suffered. My sister received a meal in our first day as was subsequently bed bound for 2 days as she had been given food with gluten in it. We have complained numerous times But to no avail as they just keep saying ‘there is no guarantee our food does not have gluten in it. In this day and age, this is appalling and has ruined our holiday which for 9 People was not cheap at all. We are disgusted at this and will never sail with MSC again
