Food wasn’t what we expected
I have been on a couple of cruises with different companies and the Ford on MSC was the worst. Food quality at times was disappointing, food in the buffet and complimentary restaurant was never hot to eat, at best tepid! Was not able to book a table in the speciality restaurant when we tried to book on the first day at sea for the evening.

Wonderful 1st time cruise with MSC to the Fjords. What an amazing ship ! The quality of the ship & cabins is second to none, exceptionally clean in all areas. The staff are amazing in all areas & the food is second to none ! Never had to queue for anything & the entertainment is also very good, cannot t recommend enough.

Holiday of a life time that I cannot wait to do again
I am disabled and required assistance to embark, the staff were really helpful and respectful at the port and the transfer over to the ships staff. I didnt manage to get names but all of the staff were helpful and made it as least stressful as possible. All the restaraunt staff were brilliant and helped with my dietary needs, The bar staff were great and helped me get seating, the cabin steward war really helpful and learned my routine as i need to have an afternoon sleep to manage my condition. Holiday of a life time that I cannot wait to do again.

Great cruise and value for money
This is my second cruise with Msc Virtuosa. Beautiful ship, very helpful staff, amazing environment and good food. Ship is clean with cabins cleaned daily. Plenty of food both at the buffet and main dining room. You will never go hungry. Staff happy to cater for food intolerances. Good variety of shows with lots of alternative evening entertainment around the ship.
