Great experience
All I can say is that everyone deserves to do at least one cruise in their lifetime. It is an amazing holiday!

Overall good holiday
Overall a good holiday, with some stand out staff that made the experience better with their attention to detail. As a company some smaller details could be improved on and certainly the food quality in the main dining room needs to be improved on.

Overall an enjoyable cruise
Staff are excellent without a doubt. Shows are entertaining but too short. Not much in the way of entertainment during the day for older people. Yacht Club should be given concessions to Ice cream and added Cabarets at no extra cost. Premium drinks should mean just that.

Not good, not even for a cheap cruise.
Terrible organisation, or lack of it when attempting to disembark from a tendered port, we didnt actually manage to get off the ship so missed that port altogether. Not enough staff to cater for the 5000 people on board, not enough entertainment to cater for that number. The poor quality, lack of choice, poor presentation, quality of food and extremely slow service in the resteraunt meant we gave up after 2 meals, which was very disappointing as part of the reason for booking a cruise is so you can enjoy a fine dining experience, it was an experience, but not one I would recommend. The food in the buffet was adequate, but the organisation wasnt, seriously dont put the soup in one place, the bowls in another and hide the spoons. Not enough staff to cater for the 5000 onboard, I cant imagine how bad it is when the ship is full. And the bed, so hard we might as well have slept on the floor. will not be booking with MSC again.
