Monarch Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
The water softener has been installed for 10 months. During that time there have been a couple of separate issues regarding it's operation reducing the softening quality. On both occasions Monarch have been very supportive and on both occasion have rectified the issue effectively with minimal fuss. Overall the unit is excellent and so is the service that I have received from Monarch.
Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.
Dom arrived on time was very polite and got on with the service I had book very knowledgeable working very cleanly did his tests all ok after his work thank you Dom
Dom turned up on time and diagnosed/replaced the faulty valve quickly. System back up and running in less than 15 minutes.

Good communication from the company office, reasonably prompt appointment for help with my leaking cylinder. Engineer Richard Lawrence also communicated his eta well, addressed the problem efficiently and professionally, sorted it, waited to check all was ok. Very happy with service overall.

Dave W came to look at our HE water softener. Highly recommend, Dave was polite, considerate and explained everything that was happening. Our softener is in an outside cabinet, due to the rain Dave went well above what was expected. He checked everything was working before leaving. A credit to his work.

Really impressed with the service provided. Dave was looking at our 17 year old softener, I need of quite a lot of TLC. In the end we decided to get a new softener. The thing that really surprised me was how dedicated he was to making sure everything was set up correctly - he even replaced a washer that was causing a leak under the sink and fixed a couple of small bits that weren’t related to the softener directly. Very good about keeping the place clean and tidy and even though I didn’t want to pay £36 for the disposal of the old softener, he emptied it, boxed it up and carried it down to my car. I usually write at least one negative in a review or it doesn’t sound genuine, but can’t think of even a small grumble. Maybe the price of the new softener (but that’s out of his control).
