Monarch Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
The water softener has been installed for 10 months. During that time there have been a couple of separate issues regarding it's operation reducing the softening quality. On both occasions Monarch have been very supportive and on both occasion have rectified the issue effectively with minimal fuss. Overall the unit is excellent and so is the service that I have received from Monarch.
Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.
Dom arrived on time was very polite and got on with the service I had book very knowledgeable working very cleanly did his tests all ok after his work thank you Dom
Dom turned up on time and diagnosed/replaced the faulty valve quickly. System back up and running in less than 15 minutes.

Darren the engineer,called the day before appointment to schedule time which was appreciated. He arrived promptly and was friendly,informative and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why which was very helpful. It was an efficient and speedy service which was brilliant! Thank you!!

Problem with a new softener. Called monarch, sent an engineer within 2 weeks. Dave W arrived within the given time slot, was polite and courteous. He sorted the problem quickly and efficiently and left everything tidy. Highly recommend.

Very nice upgrade from our previous softener. This one came highly recommended by our trusted plumber and I can see why. It’s intelligent so only regenerates when req. quiet and super efficient. Living in a very hard water area this copes easily. 10/10

So impressed with the service from Monarch Water. Our old water softner wasn’t working properly so I phoned the number on the side. Got straight through - within a few days a local engineer contacted me and everything was resolved (including water pressure, slow and stopping showers!). I would definitely recommend this company.

Since the water softener has been installed, (Spring 2023), it has performed faultlessly and we are very pleased with the benefits provided by using softened water. (No more scale in the bathroom.) Running costs appear very reasonable.

The softener looks really good and fits perfectly in kitchen under unit cupboard. We have had it for nearly 5 months now and water lovely and soft and we are impressed that it is able to deliver such soft water and yet uses far less salt that my previous softener and it operates nice and quietly when regenerating. We are really pleased with our Monarch softener.
