Excellent service support.

The water softener has been installed for 10 months. During that time there have been a couple of separate issues regarding it's operation reducing the softening quality. On both occasions Monarch have been very supportive and on both occasion have rectified the issue effectively with minimal fuss. Overall the unit is excellent and so is the service that I have received from Monarch.

Softener warranty issue

Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.

Dom arrived on time was very polite and got on with the service I had book very knowledgeable working very cleanly did his tests all ok after his work thank you Dom

Quick and efficient

Dom turned up on time and diagnosed/replaced the faulty valve quickly. System back up and running in less than 15 minutes.

Very bad service

one of my friend recommend Monarch he master water softener but this not working properly so I called costumer service and I said to them my problem. They arranged a engineer to fix when the engineer came my home and spent maximum 30 minute and he found system valve plug was not proper position (this like a button) for that monarch company charged me Β£240. I surprised about this.. because they killing the costumers I bought this system on 07/12/24 and company is providing a year warranty also. In my house plumbing and everything is ok only made mistake the system Valve plug was unplug for that company charged me to this much money this is very very bad.

Trustworty

I got an old softener along with the house and called in service because it seemed like it hadn't received much care in years. (The apparently famous) Richard came along and provided excellent service. Ultimately, I decided to substitute the unit for a new one. In great part due to his honesty and straightforwardness.

Excellent experience

Richard was brilliant. He informed us of the time he was coming and organised his day so that we would not be a morning appointment as I was unable to get home until afternoon. He made sure he took his shoes off when arriving and was very clean and tidy throughout his visit. He explained the problem we had and even explained it to my husband again when he called. Richard was friendly, polite and very professional. He is an asset to your company.

Horrible product and customer service

When I done my house builder fitted me a monarch water softener, it was fitted in utility room and it leaked from actual unit and ruined and damaged a-lots of stuff in there, I paid a plumber to come and have a look and he said its under warranty, I called to fined out how I can get someone out and it was by far worst experience I ever had the lady was so rude and she was giving me all sort of rubbish to charge me for call-out, I have not called monarch in the past and I had a horrible experience just talking to her, I got my plumber to get the faulty part and I paid for something that should be free on the first place let alone the damaged leak caused in my house,

Replacement Water Softener

Issues with unit

We have had ongoing issues with our water softener (purchased from a different company) for a long time. Richard from Monarch Water came out to look at our unit. He quickly noticed that it was an easy solution but still took the time to fully look over the unit and made sure it was running properly. Richard was professional, very helpful and answered all of our questions. Thanks again!

Professional and Thorough

We may have had to wait 6 weeks to obtain an appointment but when Richard arrived and sorted out our water it was worth the wait. Incredibly thorough and conscientious. At long last we have soft water and the taps and machines will be clear of lime scale build up.
