Monarch Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
The water softener has been installed for 10 months. During that time there have been a couple of separate issues regarding it's operation reducing the softening quality. On both occasions Monarch have been very supportive and on both occasion have rectified the issue effectively with minimal fuss. Overall the unit is excellent and so is the service that I have received from Monarch.
Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.
Dom arrived on time was very polite and got on with the service I had book very knowledgeable working very cleanly did his tests all ok after his work thank you Dom
Dom turned up on time and diagnosed/replaced the faulty valve quickly. System back up and running in less than 15 minutes.

Not just a Water Softner Service, their engineer Richard also checked the installation and supply pipe work even though unit has been installed for several years. He found an issue re water supply and promptly fixed. Excellent Service!

Great service by Dave W. Old water softener not working properly and causing water pressure issues elsewhere. Was quickly sorted and after consideration and advice decided to upgrade to a newer softener which he carried in stock and saved another further visit. Good advice and happy with work done/price

Was booked in to have a service on my monarch water softener. Fantastic service from Richard the engineer who attended. Courteous, efficient, prompt. Could not of asked or expected more. Service was carried out , an issue was found which was dealt with under the warranty. Highly recommended Product and service, both excellent.

I was a little surprised to have to wait for a few weeks for a call out but when Dom arrived he was very knowledgeable and efficient and took trouble to explain problems and remedial actions. Also to be a contortionist to get to the softener. My softener had lasted some 15 years without needing a service and now I hope it will be trouble free for another 15years. Great product Chris
